0.5 MTPA Combi Mill, TATA STEEL  TataSteel (Wire Division), Jamshedpur

The “0.5 MTPA Combi Mill” refers to a project by The Indian Steel & Wire Products Limited (ISWP) to install a 0.5 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) capacity combi mill (Special Bar Quality and Wire Rod Mill) in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

In this Project, our company was involved in Civil works which include Earthwork, Huge Quantity of Concreting, Blockwork and other finishing works like Putty, Painting and Kota Fixing.

In this Project we have gained huge experience by developing various areas and critical structures of this plant by new edge technologies and heavy machineries where our expert engineers and workmen have shown utmost dedication and professionalism by following all Quality and Safety standards of the industry.

In this Projects we have developed various areas and structures like

  1. Bundle Forming & Collection Area
  2. Rolling Mill Area
  3. Thickener Area
  4. Chillar Plant
  5. ECR-I & II Buildings
  6. Cooling Conveyor Area
  7. Backwash Area
  8. FFB & WRM Area

Residential Projects

Structural Restoration of TML Tata Motors Township Buildings

This Project include Repair & Restoration of TML Township building where treatment of the old building is carried out to make it in new building where damaged structural elements are replaced by the new one to give the building its strength and durability by applying conventional products like polymer and epoxies and also new age products like glass and carbons.

In this Project several works like removing damaged plaster then treatment of the beams and columns with rust removal chemical, bond coat and ploymer and then preparing the surface for new coats of plasters, after plastering texture and paint along with plumbing and terrace waterproofing was carried out.
